Group Personnel Policy
Our Mission Statement...
The personnel policy at the Central German Airports Group is forward-looking, meets requirements and demands and is an integral part of the Groups strategy. Our members of staff are our most important asset. We could not meet the growing demands placed on us without them. So we take our responsibility towards our members of staff seriously and pave the way for forward-looking developments with them at the Central German Airports Group.
We place the highest importance on tying down qualified members of staff in our company group and preparing them for new and changing demands within their sphere of work. The employees at the Central German Airports Group and its companies therefore go on further training courses on a regular and ongoing basis. There are various pathways open for personal further development either in the form of initial training or as an additional qualification after job training has been completed.
Equal opportunities for our employees are a top priority for us. We consistently implement legal stipulations, e.g. the General Equal Opportunities Act, and carry out our responsibilities towards all our employees. Equal opportunities are a fundamental part of our company philosophy. In order to ensure that equal opportunities are upheld according to the law in the companies in the Central German Airports Group, we have set up complaints offices exist at both business sites and training courses are provided.
Pay scales to fit the job
In order to ensure that we are able to provide services at normal market prices in a tough competitive arena now and in the future and to ensure that we meet the needs and demands of various professional groups, a unified Group pay scale system has been in force since 2002. Some of its ideas now serve as a model for what is the nationwide pay scale system for the public sector.
